This may look like a 15 puzzle, but its much harder. Use the "up" and "right" buttons to puzzle the tiles to form a full circle. This puzzle isnt impossible. It can be solved. The task is to find out how.

Hint: Repeat "up" once then "right" once as a sequence. Finally the start pattern will show up again. You may find other sequences of "up" and "right" that may help you solve the puzzle.
